All sales and services are final. No refunds will be issued on services rendered or products purchased. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any concerns, they must be communicated during your appointment so they can be addressed at that time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment online using the booking system. Cancellation requests are not accepted via text.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation and will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy is in place because same-day cancellations do not allow sufficient time to rebook the appointment and accommodate other clients.
